And so our Thursday night tradition of friends and patties continue....

I found Rosie coloring on a kitchen chair yesterday. Thankfully, magic erasers are sold in bulk at BJs.

Kacie made this little head band for Rosie. She is so sweet.
I dropped Molly off at sleep-away camp on Sunday afternoon. I was hysterical but she made me promise not to cry and I am proud to say I held it together pretty nicely.
Molly was thrilled with her cabin, did great on her swimming test and was relieved to see some of her friends from school.
We unpacked her bag and I made up her little bunk. I left all sorts of pre-addressed, stamped cards in her pillow to make it very easy for her to write to me. (Kacie, thinks I went too far by writing out the letters and just leaving fill in the blanks for Molly to do. BUT I'm efficient and just trying to streamline the process.)
I told her it was time for me to go and that I'd pick her up on Saturday.
And she said, "Why so soon?"

A big milestone that I always look for and breathe a sigh of relief when I see it.

I'm going to throw out every spice in my house. I left the kitchen for 2 minutes- max.
Maggie gave my old friend a 'tubby' last night. Today, it turned on, flashed once and then went dark. Good bye my friend, now I need to find some time to get to best buy.
Here is Rosie's pruney foot from being in the pool. She loves to swim.
I can't even make this up it is so ridiculous.
I look over and see Rory playing with his star wars guy on little Rosie's head.
I ask him what he's doing and he tells me that he is pretending his guy is the 1st one to walk on "buck planet".
Poor Rosie, every so often she is referred to as "buck" short for little bucket head.

Molly discovered the mess about two minutes before we were supposed to leave for the day.
